Keeping the outboard motors running is a constant challenge at a fish camp on Six Mile Lake near Nondalton, Alaska, adjacent to Lake Clark National Park and Preserve, where the traditional subsistence ways of catching and preserving red (sockeye) salmon (Oncorhynchus nerka) as they return from the sea in mid July are still practiced today.  NOT FOR USE BY THE MINING INDUSTRY
